The real competitor is paper.

Most training apps feel like accounting software. People go back to a paper notebook or a notes app, because it is fast and the program is theirs. But paper only records.

Old and slow

Logging a set should take less time than writing a number on paper. Repsei is built around that test.

A program nobody trusts

A plan you do not understand is a plan you drop. Repsei shows the reason behind every weight and rep.

No one to ask

Why did you stall? What should the next set be? The sensei answers, in plain words.

How it works

1

Answer a few quick questions

Your goal, days, time and where you train. All optional. Repsei builds a program around them.

2

Tap once per set

The target is already filled in. Say how many reps you had left, and the next set adapts.

3

Learn why

The sensei explains the exercise and each decision, and never blocks you. You have the last word.

Meet your sensei

One teacher writes your program, explains the exercises and tells you what the week meant. Manga style, never childish.

Questions

Is Repsei free?

The first release is free. Prices for anything later will be told before they apply.

When is it out, and on what?

Android comes first, iPhone follows. There is no date yet. Join the waitlist and we write once, when it is out.

Does it need internet during a workout?

No. Everything inside a session runs on your phone, offline and instantly.

Is this medical advice?

No. Repsei is a training aid. It does not diagnose anything. Train within your limits and stop if something hurts.

What do you do with my email?
